1. Nature of the Tools

Viksya products — including the AI Transformation Readiness Scoring Model, AI Use Case Prioritisation Framework, AI Project Estimation Model, AI ROI Calculator, Cloud Migration Readiness Scoring Model, and all related tools — are structured decision-support frameworks delivered as Excel workbooks.

These tools are designed to help professionals organise, quantify, and communicate information relevant to AI and cloud transformation decisions. They apply structured methodologies (scoring, PERT estimation, financial modelling) to inputs you provide.

2. Outputs Are Input-Dependent

All scores, readiness ratings, cost estimates, ROI projections, NPV/IRR calculations, and prioritisation rankings produced by Viksya tools are entirely dependent on the accuracy and completeness of the data you enter. The tools apply a consistent methodology to your inputs; they do not validate, verify, or independently assess the accuracy of those inputs.

Garbage in, garbage out applies. A P80 estimate built on optimistic assumptions is still an optimistic estimate. A readiness score built on inaccurate self-assessment reflects that inaccuracy.

3. Not Professional Advice

The outputs of Viksya tools do not constitute:

• Financial advice — NPV, IRR, payback period, and ROI outputs are illustrative financial models. They should not be relied upon as a basis for investment decisions without independent financial review.
• Legal advice — Nothing in these tools or on this website constitutes legal advice. Regulatory compliance, contractual obligations, and governance requirements should be assessed by qualified legal counsel.
• Investment advice — Tools do not recommend whether to make, continue, or discontinue any investment. Investment decisions should involve appropriate financial and business due diligence.
• Consulting advice — The use of these tools does not create a consulting or advisory relationship between the user and Viksya / HV Digi Media.
• Audit or assurance — Readiness scores and gap analyses are self-assessment instruments. They are not an independent audit of your organisation’s capabilities or compliance posture.

4. AI-Specific Considerations

The AI Transformation tools apply frameworks derived from enterprise programme management and transformation experience. They reflect established practices at the time of development. However:

• The AI landscape evolves rapidly. Scoring criteria, cost benchmarks, and best practices may change faster than product updates reflect.
• LLM token cost estimates in the AI Project Estimation Model are based on publicly available pricing at the time of the product version release. Actual pricing from AI providers changes frequently.
• No framework can account for all organisation-specific factors. Local context, organisational culture, and relationship dynamics are not captured by structured scoring instruments.

5. Website AI Chatbot

viksya.com includes an AI chatbot, built on a retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) system, to help visitors find information about our products and methodologies. The chatbot generates its answers from a defined set of Viksya content combined with an underlying language model. As with any AI system:

• Responses may occasionally be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate, even when the chatbot draws on our own content.
• Chatbot responses are informational only and do not constitute financial, legal, investment, or consulting advice.
• The chatbot may ask for your name and email address to personalise a conversation; this is optional, and you may decline and continue without providing it. See our Privacy Policy for how this information is used.

6. White-Label Use

If you use Viksya tools in white-label form for client engagements, you accept full responsibility for how outputs are presented and interpreted by your clients. You must not represent the tool’s outputs as independently verified, audited, or externally validated assessments. You should disclose to your clients that the outputs are model-based and dependent on the quality of inputs provided.

7. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Viksya / HV Digi Media makes no representations or warranties regarding the outcomes of decisions made on the basis of tool outputs or chatbot responses. We are not liable for any losses, damages, programme failures, investment decisions, or business outcomes arising from the use of or reliance on our tools or chatbot, whether or not such outcomes were foreseeable.

8. Intended Users

These tools are designed for use by experienced professionals in programme management, IT leadership, consulting, and related fields. They assume the user has sufficient professional knowledge to assess the reasonableness of inputs and interpret outputs critically. They are not designed for use by individuals without relevant professional experience.
