Terms & Conditions
The terms governing your use of viksya.com and the products sold here.
Please read these terms carefully before purchasing. By accessing this website or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or make a purchase.
1. About These Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at viksya.com and all products sold through it. The site is operated by Viksya / HV Digi Media (“we”, “us”, “Viksya”). By using the site or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.
2. Products
All products sold on viksya.com are digital downloadable files, primarily Microsoft Excel workbooks (.xlsx format) and accompanying PDF guides. Products are delivered electronically via Payhip’s secure download system immediately following purchase confirmation.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions are accurate and complete. However, we reserve the right to correct errors and update product descriptions without notice.
3. Licence — Personal Use (included with every purchase)
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual Personal Licence to the purchased product:
- You may use the product for your own professional work and for internal purposes within the organisation that employs you (or that you own) — including internal programmes, internal reporting, and internal decision-making.
- You may modify the product (e.g. add tabs, adjust weights, extend criteria) for such internal use.
- You receive free updates to the purchased product.
“Your organisation” means the legal entity that employs or is owned by you, together with its affiliates under common control.
4. Licence — What the Personal Licence Does Not Permit
- Removing or replacing Viksya branding, or presenting the product (or a derivative of it) to your clients or third parties as your own or your firm’s work product. These rights are available under the Consultant Licence (see Section 5).
- Reselling, redistributing, sublicensing, or transferring the product or any substantially similar derivative, whether free or paid, branded or unbranded.
- Uploading product files to file-sharing platforms, template marketplaces, or any distribution channel.
- Claiming original authorship of the framework methodology, or publishing a competing product based on the same framework structure.
- Using the products or their contents to train machine learning or AI models.
5. Licence — Consultant Licence (separate annual purchase)
The Consultant Licence grants, for a 12-month term from the date of purchase, in addition to all Personal Licence rights:
- Use of all current paid Viksya products, and all new paid products released during the term, in an unlimited number of client engagements.
- White-label rights: you may remove or replace Viksya branding and present the tools and their outputs under your own or your firm’s brand. White-labelling covers visual branding only and does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
- All product updates and priority email support during the term.
Survival. Deliverables created and delivered to clients during a valid term remain licensed after the term ends. Upon expiry without renewal, you may not use the products in new engagements, create new client deliverables, or receive updates. The licence covers one named consultant and is not transferable between individuals or firms.
See the Licensing page for a plain-English comparison of the Personal and Consultant Licences, or contact hello@viksya.com to arrange a Consultant Licence.
