Refund Policy

1. No-Refund Policy for Digital Downloads

All products sold on viksya.com are digital goods delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products — which cannot be “returned” once downloaded — all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once you have accessed your download link.

This policy is consistent with standard practice for digital downloads and is permitted under consumer protection regulations that exclude digital content from standard return rights once the download has begun.

2. Before You Buy

We encourage you to review all available information before purchasing:

• Read the full product description, including the list of tabs, criteria, and outputs.
• Review the format information (Excel .xlsx, compatible with Excel 2016 and later).
• Check the FAQ at viksya.com/faq for questions about compatibility and use.
• Contact us at hello@viksya.com with any pre-purchase questions — we are happy to answer them before you commit.

3. Exceptions — When We Will Issue a Refund

We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

• Technical failure: The download link does not work and we are unable to resolve the issue within 5 business days.
• Duplicate purchase: You were charged twice for the same product due to a payment processing error. Evidence of the duplicate charge is required.
• Product significantly different from description: The product you received materially differs from what was described on the product page at the time of purchase. In this case, contact us within 7 days of purchase.

To request a refund under any of these exceptions, contact us at hello@viksya.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

4. Bundle Purchases

The AI Transformation Suite bundle is sold as a single product. Partial refunds for individual tools within a bundle are not available.

5. White-Label Products

Products that have been white-labelled (rebranded) and used in client engagements are not eligible for refund under any circumstances.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to contest the chargeback and provide evidence of download delivery to Payhip and the payment processor. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent suspension of access to future purchases.
